Learning through play

Play helps your child learn in many different ways, like figuring out how things work, solving problems, and learning how to get along with others. Play is not just play. It's a powerful way for your child to learn, explore, and develop.

Weekly themes

Our preschool program consists of weekly themes and activities, so your child has something new to anticipate with each week.

Parent participation

As a cooperative preschool, MPPP keeps costs low and adult-child ratios high by having parents work in the classroom and participate in all other aspects of running the preschool.

The work of children is PLAY.

Grow their creative confidence

Each creative activity prompt is an opportunity for your child to embrace a new challenge. Through play-based learning, your child is more likely to remain engaged and to build upon their creative problem-solving skills.

Activities they can work on together

While our programs encourage your little ones to become better independent learners, they also have many chances to interact, share, negotiate and problem solve with other children.

Testimonials

“My family has been part of MPPP for three years. This is the perfect school for parent involvement. I enjoy working in the classroom with my child and getting to know their classmates. The teamwork and conversations with this age group are the best.”

“I appreciate the play-based learning style at MPPP. It gives my twins the opportunity to explore and learn in their own time. They have each learned independence by exploring their individual creativity.”
